Champion City Area FCA Fields of Faith
Springfield has long been known as the “Champion City,” a place where hard work, perseverance, and faith come together to create a thriving community. Whether through our rich history of industrial innovation, athletic excellence, or strong faith traditions, Springfield has always been a city that rises to the occasion—and now we need your help to carry this legacy forward.
On Sunday, May 4, 2025, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Tecumseh FCA will host a Fields of Faith event right here in Clark County. This powerful, student-led event brings together athletes, coaches, families, and faith leaders from across the community to pray, worship, and inspire the next generation of leaders to pursue their faith and purpose. As a valued member of the Springfield and Clark County Region business and faith community, we’re inviting you to join us in championing this event by providing financial support.
Here’s why your contribution matters: - 1. Building Champions for Christ
- Fields of Faith encourages young people to stand boldly for their faith fostering character, leadership and resilience. By supporting this event, you are helping equip the next generation of champions—on and off the filed.
- 2. Honoring Legacy
- Our region has a rich history of producing both industrial and athletic champions, and faith has always been at the heart of that success. Your support helps continue this legacy by investing in an event that unites our unique identity as a place of faith, perseverance, and excellence.
- 3. Community Impact and Unity
- Fields of Faith is not just for athletes—it’s for the entire community. Your investment allows us to create a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to celebrate our shared values and pray for the future of our schools and communities.
- 4. A Call to Action for Businesses and Churches
- Just as our factories, churches, and athletic fields have shaped the “Champion City” over the years, your partnership can help shape the future of our youth and community. Together, we ca build a stronger, faith-filled Springfield and Clark County Region!

Why Fields of Faith?
You Can Help Change Our Culture
As FCA pursues its mission to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus
Christ and His church, the movement of Fields of Faith has expanded to reach anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Anyone: Fields of Faith is led by athletes and is for any athlete no matter where, how, or at what level they compete.
Anywhere: Fields of Faith serves athletes in any sport environment and any country.
Any time: Fields of Faith is not locked to a single date and can occur any time year-round.
Together, we celebrate the many who have been forever transformed through the ministry program of Fields of Faith, and we look ahead with great anticipation to the future for how Fields of Faith can serve athletes across the globe at any level, anywhere and at any time.
